Feel Free Facelift Technique©

Feel Free Facelift Technique (FFFT©) is an amazing new technique that lifts and rejuvenates your facial skin while releasing trapped emotions in the body by way of the meridians using diverse emotional liberating techniques at the same time.  It is a practise that frees both physical and emotional pain or just any type of blockage that may be holding one back from moving forward in life.  It has a specific 12-step "self " touch simple approach that involves directing long strokes over the face while at the same time releasing trapped emotions using a mystical ancient balm recipe that includes coconut oil, frankincense and myrrh.

MORE ABOUT FFFT©;

MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Why a long stroke movement on the face?

Using the fingers to make long strokes on the face creates a gentle pressure on the meridian and chakra points which connect to all parts of the body. This light pressure sends informative messages to the weaker and most vulnerable regions of the body to enable the trapped energies to release and dissipate allowing the healing to take place.  The meridians and chakras are connected to all of our organs, glands, muscles, tissues and skeleton as well as our nervous, circulatory, respiratory and lymphatic systems. By applying long strokes we are touching the meridians and chakras via the face, which not only connects us to our mind, body and spirit, but also stimulates the lymph, automatically lifting the skin and producing a refreshed younger complexion and decreased amount of sagging.  In addition, while doing the treatment in front of the mirror, we naturally see our soul through our eyes which in turn enhances our self love and self worth, making us feel whole and complete.

Why use diverse emotional liberating techniques?

Feel Free Facelift© includes the process of identifying the problem/discomfort (silently or out loud) before illiminating it.  It's like Louise Hay says "If you are going to clean the house, you have to first see the dirt".  Once the "dirt" is acknowledged, we can then release the associated emotions that are the cause (source) of the "dirt".  Other releasing techniques are usually done by tapping on the meridian points of the face, head and body.  FFFT© concentrates only on the face by rather using long strokes with the fingers and both sides of the hands which touches all the meridians and chakras (making it simpler and quicker, of course) and yielding a dual result:  looking much younger and having a physically and emotionally healthy "Feel Free" body!

Why 12-STEPS?

The 12-step "long stroke" method guides a person to follow a methodical sequence that lifts the skin while the person adresses the ailment, pain or problem by using a practical formula of words that releases the issues/problems from the body.

The number "12" represents the divine;  12 apostles, 12 tribes, 12 lunar cycles, 12 basic hues, 12 wheel of life stages, 12 cranial nerves, 12 ribs, 12 systems of the body, 12 mantras, 12 japas and 12 pranayamas making it a mystical number.  12 resonates with all rhythms of the universe and harmonizes the body and all of humanity.

Why diverse carrier oils mixed with frankinscense and myrrh work so well?

Coconut oil:

Traditionally, coconut oil has been praised for decades and has become known for its anti-aging properties. Coconut oil is rich in many proteins that keep the skin healthy, rejuvenated, glowing and vibrant whether taken internally or used externally. These proteins also facilitate cellular regeneration and tissue repair, along with a wide range of other essential activities within the body.  When there are damaged degenerating cells in the skin, a natural healthy flow of proteins replaces these cells consistently.  There are 3 primary fatty acids;  capric, caprylic and lauric acid in coconut oil that have strong disinfectant and antimicrobial properties. Research and practise has proven that when coconut oil is applied on the skin, it protects it from microbial infections in the pores of the skin or even in open wounds. When coconut oil is digested, the fatty acids boost one's immunity as the fatty acids transform to monocaprins and monolaurins.  Vitamin-E in coconut oil also plays a role in maintaining healthy skin growth, repair of wear and tear of the skin, keeping the skin soft and smooth and protecting against dryness and cracking. Above all, it prevents premature aging and wrinkling of the skin due to its antioxidant properties.  A 100ml of liquid coconut oil has 0.1 mg of vitamin E,  thus enhancing its skin-nourishing and collagen healing properties.

Frankincense:

Frankincense (Olibanum) is sourced primarily from the Boswellia tree in Africa and Arabia for thousands of years.  When it is applied to the skin, it transmits messages to the limbic system of the brain, which is known to influence the nervous system.  Frankincense protects the field of the human body, brings calmness by easing anxiety and has properties which can directly kill cancer cells.  It improves ones spiritual connection bringing mental peace while relieving anxiety and stress.  It regenerates the cells and reverses the signs of aging by reducing wrinkles, stretch marks and scars.  The three wise men brought frankincense and myrrh to baby Jesus perhaps because of the miraculous healing properties of these resins.  Only today, we are becoming more aware about the potential of these essential oils and their uses to combat serious illness.  Frankincense is being used for cancers, arthritis, respiratory disorders, oral health problems, digestive disorders, uterine health etc.

Myrrh:

Myrrh contains compounds called terpenoids, a class of chemicals with anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-fungal,  antioxidant and anti-spasmodic effects.  It also has many wound-healing properties and contains up to 75% sesquiterpenes which are compounds that affect certain parts of the brain such as the hypothalamus, pituitary and amygdala, which control the emotions and produce many important hormones in the body.  Egyptians used myrrh to treat hay fever and heal herpes.  Myrrh oil has also been used as incense, as has Frankincense, and as a holy oil in religious rituals and ceremonies for over 5,000 years. Myrrh is renounced for slowing down the signs of ageing, and soothing cracked or chapped skin.  Myrrh oil is also used to clear skin infections as athlete's foot, ringworm, eczema, bedsores, boils and acne.

Mystical Oil Balm:

We have created an oil balm essence mixture that has the perfect viscosity and texture for applying light long strokes of pressure upon the face.  The mystical balm soaks deeply into the skin and the vapors of the essences flow through the nose and mouth reaching the central nervous system.   The balm can also be used on the bottom of one's feet at night time for better sleep and even used as a make-up remover or make-up base.  The balm has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties and may also be used on the skin for psoriasis, rashes, burns and athlete's foot.

How long does it take to do and how often?

The 12-step long stroke technique only takes 5 minutes a day and is recommended to do in the morning before make-up is applied.  After the first 3 days of practise, one will see the face lifting.  The skin will begin to glow and smooth out.  The "Feel Free" releasing aspect will work right away as one sets intent and follows through the sequence of wording. Pains, discomforts, worries, stress, blockages etc. will start to fade away or may be immediately released.

THE COURSE:

The course duration is 60 minutes

Each participant receives a sample pot of balm and chart to follow and take home
